Has Ancestry helped you learn something interesting about your family? Or did you receive surprising AncestryDNA results? Perhaps you’ve connected with long lost relatives? Or been inspired to travel somewhere new?

Nothing speaks to the power of Ancestry better than our very own members and we’re currently in search of the most compelling and unique member stories to feature in a new TV commercial!

If you’d like to be involved, please email your story in 350 words or less to before Sunday, 15 October 2017, along with your full name, address and telephone number and we’ll be in touch with the shortlisted entries.

    I am learning so much about my ancestors and my own family connections…I had an email recently asking me if i would be interested in doing a media it purported to be from ancestry but i noticed the thread gave the email of ….. i didnt answer because i thought it might be sus…it didnt have the or type email address…can you enlighten me if it is a hoax or not .
